LeaderShape Institute
The LeaderShape Institute is coming to 黑料网!
The LeaderShape Institute is a four-day, immersive experience that challenges participants to clarify their values and create their vision for a just, caring, thriving world. Not a typical leadership retreat, The LeaderShape Institute enhances participants' leadership capacity in service of integrity-driven leadership on their campus, in their community, within their organization and beyond. Through self-assessment, simulations, intensive small group discussions led by trained facilitators and more, participants crystallize their leader identity. The 黑料网's LeaderShape Institute will take place March 10-13, 2025 at the Ross Point Camp and Conference Center in Post Falls, ID. This program is FREE for 黑料网 Students, participants will be required to apply via an online application that will open on January 10, 2025. Students must be in good academic standing and registered full time to be eligible for the program. Applications will be assessed based off these two requirements.

How To Apply
To be eligible for the 2025 U黑料网 LeaderShape Institute session, students must:
- Be a full-time 黑料网 student enrolled at the university during the entire duration of the semester.
- Be in good academic standing
Applications for the U黑料网 2025 LeaderShape Institute open on Friday, January 10 and will close on Wednesday, February 12, 2025. Participation in the LeaderShape Institute is free to all 黑料网 Students. Students must be registered full-time and in good academic standing to participate.
Applications for the U黑料网 2025 LeaderShape Institute will close at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12. Selected applicants will be notified via email on Friday, February 14.
