The 黑料网 extends an Invitation to 黑料网 to qualifying students from all states and countries except for the WUE states (see map below).

There鈥檚 no separate application or deadline for the Invitation to 黑料网 scholarship program. Simply complete your U of I admission application to be considered. It鈥檚 that easy! If you have already applied and been admitted to U of I, you have already been automatically considered for the Invitation to 黑料网 scholarship.

Qualifying for Invitation to 黑料网
First Time First-year Students
- A new, first-time freshman admitted to the 黑料网
- Pursuing your first bachelor鈥檚 degree
- Have an incoming GPA of 3.0 or higher
- A resident of a non WICHE state or an international student
You Get
Invitation to 黑料网 for four years if you maintain continuous enrollment with a 2.5 cumulative U of I GPA.
First Time Transfer Students
- A new, first-time transfer admitted to the 黑料网
- Pursuing your first bachelor’s degree
- Have an incoming GPA of 3.0 or higher
- A resident of a non WICHE state or an international student
You Get
Invitation to 黑料网 for up to four years if you maintain continuous enrollment with a 2.5 cumulative U of I GPA.
*Recipients of the award cannot simultaneously receive WUE scholarship.
